E-Commerce Logistics Masterclass
Organized by PICS Belgium and ABCAL
This course focuses on operational managers in need of expanding their knowledge Change on how to organize their logistics to respond to e-commerce needs, with a focus on e-distribution.
We will learn how to respond to e-commerce needs and expectations as well in both omni-channel and mono-channel environments.
This course covers all the logistics aspects to bear in mind when working on e-logistics or e-distribution. It will give participants ideas on how to set up or improve their organization and functioning to optimize web shop fulfilment, in both B2C and B2B environments.
And further we will provide you with solutions regarding which parts to outsource or manage yourselves. And to make this training practical our four host locations will explain and show how they deal with e-logistics challenges.

About the lecturers
Alex Van Breedam
Alex is CEO and co-founder of TRI-VIZOR - The World’s First Cross Supply Chain Orchestrator.
He‘s also part-time professor in logistics and supply chain at the KULeuven, UHasselt, Antwerp Management School and IESEG (Paris).
Jelena Skuridina
Accomplished professional with 15 years of operational and 5 years of consulting experience all domains of the Supply Chain. Master in Business Administration and World Wide recognized professional certifications : CPIM, CSCP (APICS - ASCM), CDDL (Demand Driven Institute) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Practical experience in multiple sectors: Automotive, FMCG, Pharma, Defence, Services, Railway, Chemical and Steel industry. This education and experience enables Jelena to select methodologies and trends to face specific challenges of each Supply Chain.
Stefan Rusu
Stefan is the Director of the Deloitte EMEA Warehousing, Automation and Production Logistics Centre of Excellence, focusing on generating value in end-to-end distribution centre (re)design, optimization and implementation, from strategy and lean innovation, to technology and automation transformation, across multiple industries.
Bart Vannieuwenhuyse
Bart is co-founder of TRI-VIZOR, a pioneer in horizontal collaboration in logistics, explains the key principles behind efficient, effective, and sustainable e-commerce distribution. In addition to warehousing and inventory management, the focus is on transport as a crucial component of the distribution process. The concept of total logistics cost is introduced to choose the most suitable distribution solution. Real-life cases are presented to clarify the concepts.
Jan De Kimpe
Jan is an expert in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on warehousing and distribution and a specific interest towards (IT) technology. He has worked on various components of e-logistics in B2C and B2B markets. Besides his advisory missions he is also teaching and sharing knowledge through different organizations. Jan is president of PICS Belgium, visiting professor at KULeuven, manager of Logisol Pro and CTO at ART4L.

For non-members:
1650 € excl. VAT
These prices include the training session, teaching materials and lunch.
The invoice will be issued upon receipt of the registration form.
Participation cancellation or cancellations of individual modules must be notified in writing one week before the date of the module concerned. An indemnity equivalent to 10% of the registration fee will be retained. After this deadline, the full registration fee will be due.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel certain modules if the number of participants is insufficient.
